Impulse Jets offers different methods of payment for your flight or your Impulse JetClub Membership.

Private jet charter flights must be fully paid prior to departure. Deposits are accepted when the charter flight is booked over one week in advance, and the balance is settled closer to the flight date. Clients with a JetClub and JetCard membership have an account with Impulse Jets containing funds on stand-by to be used for jet booking. Charter flights are charged against the account once a charter price and travel arrangements have been agreed for a specific aircraft, date, and hours flown.

Impulse Jets does not offer seat pricing or jet sharing – clients book and pay for the entire aircraft. The trip can be one-way, return, multi-leg itinerary, or empty legs according to your requirements.

Impulse Jets examines the jet charter market and identifies the best prices from selected accredited aircraft operators for our clients. Your personal Account Manager will provide you with a quote summary of the best available options based on a fixed hourly rate from our preferred business jet operators.

Your Impulse Jets quote is fully inclusive of flight costs, landing fees, handling fees, standard VIP catering, and other requirements. Extra charges such as de-icing, carbon off-setting, bespoke catering, and others will be specified in your quote and will be agreed upon with you before ordering. Wi-Fi facility in some aircraft types is usually charged as an extra cost, but this will be fully explained and agreed in advance of booking.

De-icing charges are included in the charter price for our JetCard clients, however de-icing is not included in on-demand private jet charter. De-icing is only typically required in winter months and charges are invoiced at cost price after the flight. Impulse Jets offers a de-icing waiver as protection against potential charges that helps our clients save money.

Travel arrangements (VIP transportation, hotels, holidays, visas, customs, immigration, VIP security, etc.) provided by Impulse Jets will be specified in your quote and will be agreed upon with you before ordering.

Private jet charter flights are inherently flexible. Impulse Jets will endeavour to accommodate changes in dates, flight times, destinations, or passenger numbers after a flight has been booked. In some cases these changes may incur an additional charge. Differences in pricing will be advised by your personal Account Manager. If it is necessary to cancel a flight, cancellation fees will usually apply. However, the JetClub and JetCard membership programs offer enhanced terms for changes and cancellations.

Impulse Jets accepts payments in GBP pounds sterling, Euros, US Dollars, and Bitcoin. Prices for aircraft are initially quoted in GBP and pricing in multiple currencies is available on request.

Impulse Jets holds the client’s funds securely in your client account. Impulse Jets makes payments directly to our partner jet operators. Payments are not released to the aircraft operator until clients sign the jet charter contract, authorise the use of the funds held in their Impulse Jets account, and our operations and financial checks have been fully completed.

Impulse Jets offers a range of payment options when booking a private flight.

CREDIT CARD

Impulse Jets accepts secure and encrypted credit card payments via Stripe and PayPal (using Visa, Barclaycard, Mastercard, and American Express). Deferred payments for flights can be made by credit card to guarantee the flight while a bank transfer is completed.

DEBIT CARD

Payment can be made via debit card, which does not usually incur a charge.

BANK TRANSFER

The most convenient method of payment is by bank transfer in GBP, Euros, or US Dollars. This method does not incur a credit card fee.

PAYPAL

PayPal is a convenient method to make payments using a credit card or using our PayPal account email address.

CHEQUE

Impulse Jets accepts payment for charter flights by cheque. Cheques should be sent to our business address at least 14 days before the flight date: Oxford Aerospace Ltd., Clarendon House, 52 Cornmarket Street, Oxford, OX1 3HJ, United Kingdom.

BITCOIN

Impulse Jets accepts Bitcoin as a method of payment. As a digital currency, Bitcoin allows for fast payments, is global, and offers a convenient alternative to conventional payment methods. We use BitPay, a leading payment technology provider, to process payments in Bitcoin.

ON ACCOUNT

The Impulse JetClub and JetCard programs allow clients to keep a balance on their account. This is convenient for last-minute flights to be organised without finance delays, and it ensures a smooth booking process.
